The preliminary stage on a path of development toward a harmonious and peaceful society is realizing the evil of our egoistic nature. I think that we are in this stage right now. That is, the various confrontations, crises and wars we experience today will gradually change humanity, showing that such conflicts have no winners.
When we complete our evolution, we will cease our divisions into countries and even continents, and we will instead start aspiring to rise above our egoistic nature. Such a state is much greater than any peace or other agreements between people, countries, and so on.
We are still unaware of it, but I hope we have started learning the laws of nature, i.e., laws of living in a closed, globally interconnected and interdependent system. It is because our shift to a harmonious and peaceful world requires adapting ourselves to these laws: recognizing the evil of our egoistic nature and thus wishing to rise above it in a positive, harmonious and peaceful connection with everyone.
