Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

One of my students brought me this question, mentioning how scientists have often asked people who know they are about to die this very question: “What would you change in your life?” At such a point, when many people reflect on their lives, they are ready to change everything: relationships, actions, and even thoughts. The question then becomes whether it is worthwhile reaching the end of our lives in order to confess our mistakes?
On one hand, even in the last minutes, reevaluation and reflection makes sense. But on the other hand, what prevents us from regularly carrying out this self-evaluation? Such exercises would help us and change us for the better. We would then have time to work on fixing these mistakes.
We should thus regularly ask ourselves this question, to draw conclusions in advance, at life’s beginning and not its end when we can only have regrets. Kabbalah is a wisdom that lets us carry out this introspection on ourselves at any given moment, and it is open for anyone who wishes to change their lives’ for the better.
