After the death of our egoistic intention to benefit ourselves alone, we start truly living.
Until we free ourselves from the egoistic intention, we do not experience life.
Instead, we perceive ourselves and our lives from within the narrow limits of the human ego, and we see a cruel and unfair picture.
The moment we get rid of the egoistic intention to benefit ourselves at the expense of others and nature, we experience a sublime reality that has some degree of equivalence with nature’s altruistic quality.
Moreover, the death of the physical body brings about a sensation of liberation from the ego, despite the fact that physical death is a very small redemption and a very small level of ascent. Nonetheless, it still liberates us from our first egoistic level.
Truly, however, nature and the world exist in a different dimension, above the human ego.
