Why do you need to follow someone? Follow yourself! Elevate your soul and fill it with its vitalizing light—the upper force of love and bestowal—so that it illuminates the path you tread, and progress accordingly.
You do not need to follow any person. There is a spark within you, a point that extends to the root of your soul, and that is the point you should follow until you attain connection with the upper force of love and bestowal, which in Kabbalah we call “the Creator.”
In short, follow the Creator. He is your leader. It does not matter that people are usually inclined to follow a certain leader with a charismatic personality. I trust that it is everybody’s mission to ultimately arrange themselves with the Creator as their leader, and to seek connection with Him.
